Currently, FitnessStyle.co ships exclusively within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to reach international customers soon, and we’ll update our policy as soon as those options become available.
2. Order Processing Times
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Holiday Periods: During peak holiday seasons or promotional sales, order processing may take slightly longer due to increased demand. We’ll keep you updated on any delays.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

- Ideal for standard orders, this option balances affordability and reasonable delivery times.

- Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and ensures your order arrives faster than standard delivery.

- Delivery Time: 1 business day after processing
- This premium service is the fastest option available. Orders must be placed before noon (EST) to be eligible for next-day delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method selected, as well as the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you can review these before completing your purchase.
5. Free Shipping

6. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website or through the tracking portal on our website.
- Tracking Delays: Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier picks up your order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the package, please contact us at support@fitnessstyle.co, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Order Address Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. We will do our best to accommodate address changes; however, we cannot guarantee updates to addresses for orders that are already in processing or shipped.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight shipping options. Standard shipping is available for P.O. box addresses.
- Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
In cases where the carrier makes multiple delivery attempts and the package cannot be delivered, the order may be returned to us. If this happens, we will reach out to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments due to unsuccessful deliveries.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to verify your address and discuss reshipping options. Any additional shipping fees incurred from the returned package may be deducted from the refund, or you may choose to pay for the reshipping costs if you still wish to receive the items.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. These could include weather disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your shipment.
